Singing Monkey
My girlfriend, Tania, celebrated her 30th birthday recently. (She is the "baby" of our group.) T loves monkeys so a couple of our friends ordered her a singing telegram featuring a gorilla in a tutu. It was definitely one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Imagine said gorilla walking through a dark, smoky bar to the stage, pulling an incredibly shy person up there, and shoving a microphone under the gorilla mask to sing a personalized birthday song in front of about 300 very drunk people. Nothing can top that! Especially when a line in the song talked about her freakishly strong hands ... LOL!
I really don't have much else to share. I've been busy with work and working out. I've heard from several people in my hometown that are going to be at my reunion in June. I'm getting excited and also VERY nervous. My friends and I are planning another big group vacation for some time in July. I believe we are going to Playa Del Carmen this year. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
