Put It There ... No, I'm NOT Kidding

The only interesting thing that I did today was put an inbox sign on my trash can and place it outside my hellish little cubicle. I think my work surroundings are starting to melt my brain. I swear, I can feel the stupidity building inside me. Pretty soon, all I will be doing is drooling and blinking owlishly at all my hated co-workers. Somebody save me. Please!!

Happy Monday!

lol...my brain went to mush a long time ago. At least you can still have a sense of humor about it.

hey what was the name of that book you were telling me about awhile back? I can't remember...and I finished my Robert Jordan book so I need something new.

I have a prescription for you:
Read more Dilbert.
Watch Office Space at least once a month.
Take two (or more) beers and call in sick in the morning...

Melanie, you are so right! If I don't watch Office Space at least once a month, I go insane.

Dilbert isn't funny tho.

Sounds like Angela is in desperate need of some vacation time!!!

I like the inbox idea. I may have to try it myself. LOL

The BBC Office is so much funnier than the Ameican version, Becky, you should definitely rent the DVDs.

Sorry I think I won't be of help...being dragged into the depths of stupidity but not by my own doing but of those I work with.

Linny - Kim Harrison is great! I think her first book is Dead Witch Walking or something like that. If you like sweeping historical novels, Diana Gabaldon is AWESOME!! Kind of hard to explain but there is some time travel and a love story. The first book in her series is Outlander, I believe. For light reading, Jennifer Weiner is good and for whimsical, Harry Potter type of books for adults, Jasper Fforde can't be beaten. His Tuesday Next series is so creative and just fantastic.

Ohhh... this SO sounds like me. For a year I've been sitting at a desk either watching price is right or surfing the net. What is it they say about Alzheimers?? Whatever it is - I'm bound to get it.
